EVENTS

I enjoy being a part of a vibrant art-loving community, and would love to meet you at events happening in person!

Here are some upcoming local events that you won’t want to miss!

Farmers Market at 1812 Brewery

Support local farmers and artisans at the 1812 Brewery monthly Farmers Market! Enjoy fresh produce and flowers, handmade goods, and delicious food while connecting with your community. It’s a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Typically the Farmer’s and Artisan Market is typically held on the first Sunday of the Month from April through December Sunday from noon till 4. There’s usually local music and food provided by Mise En Place or other local food vendors.

I would love to see you in person out there enjoying all that our community has to offer!

Shows with Josh Brown

I met Josh Brown on a studio art tour in about 2008, and quickly fell in love with his pottery but also found one of those amazing friends for life. Josh provides not only a supportive welcome but also opens his studio to myself and other artists in the region to be able to show our work. The shows we have there are moments of community and camaraderie and just fun! You’re Invited!

Handmade Watercolor Painting of Evitts Creek

“I come into the presence of still water... and am free.” There is a restorative power in the slow, rhythmic changes of the seasons. In the studio, I aim to capture that same sense of quiet belonging found in the wild. Each piece of jewelry or painting is a study of what it means to rest in the beauty of the natural world—a small reminder of the peace we find when we simply stop to notice the beauty of the world around us.
