This pretty Raku pendant and enhancer are so very much an example of my boho style favorites!  First of all..the cabochon...The clay used is a deep red clay, much harder than terra cotta, made by a group of artisans in Bulgaria who have been perfecting this lovely craft for a very long time. (I think they've got this down!) The colors and patterns in this lovely cab reflect the artistic influences of Moravian/ Bohemian culture, joyful and exuberant. I've been a big fan of the Boho style for my whole life and now I have a better idea of yet one more example of where Bohemian style comes from!

The pendant is designed to be worn either by itself on a chain,  or attached to the special enhancer I made for it. The enhancer opens up to accept a variety of sizes of pendants, so it can be used to add length and style to other pendants as well. The length of chain used can be as short as a choker length (usually 16" or 18") all the way to a 24" long chain. Chain is not included in this listing.
