Embodying the natural splendor of native wildflowers such as False Indigo, Asters, and Coneflowers, this handcrafted silver bracelet showcases intricate patterns crafted through a meticulous handmade embossing process. I love this planet and want to leave it better than I found it, so I refrain from using any chemicals, like nitric acids to create these detailed designs. Instead, I carve the shapes into brass then emboss the designs into sterling silver using my rolling mill and all the strength I can muster!
One motivation behind creating this type of design, is to focus on the beauty of native flowers and to share the benefits of indigenous plants on our environment. Though seemingly simple, protecting the plants that insects and pollinators rely on proves to be a challenging task.
Each one of a kind panel of the bracelet features a deep, long-lasting texture, and I made this bracelet to be a bright polished silver finish. Measuring 7 1/4" in length, it is my most popular size. To determine if it fits you well, measure the hand below the wrist, wrapping a string or small tape measure around the base of your thumb. I can add a link or two to this bracelet to make it a little larger if needed. Please just ask, and I would be happy to do that.
