These are lightweight and easy to wear especially with the good quality leverback ear wires I chose for these. Leverbacks are not only attractive to look at but many people find they help to prevent losing earrings due to long hair, scarves, and just normal busy life! These are a step up in quality, and I’m happy with the look.
The pattern I use to emboss my silver when I am making these earrings, was made by hand for a unique and authentic product. When I say hand made, it means original as well.
The inspiration for this extensive series of wildflower earrings and nature inspired jewelry comes from my appreciation of nature, biodiversity, and native plants. The flower I used to just see as a weed has become my own little poster child for pollinators: the Native Aster.
Here on Evitts Creek we are working hard to help restore our little patch of nature to provide a good source of foods for the pollinators: even the little angry ones we keep stirring up when we do some limited mowing…..ouch.
